Brownie Batter Blended Oats
These Brownie Batter Blended Oats are the perfect healthy sweet treat, enjoy these as a meal prep-able breakfast, snack or after-dinner dessert. They're no bake, plant based and so quick to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder to taste
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt I use vegan
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup milk of choice such as oat or soya milk
- 2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips or chunks – optional
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth – the consistency will be thick but pourable at this point (it will thicken as it sets)
- Stir in the chocolate chips (if using) and add to a container (or 2 jars if you want them to grab and go). Enjoy straight away for a more runny texture, or place in the fridge and let them set for 1 hour, or overnight. Enjoy!

These are so good! I’ve made them a few times and the chocolate chip ones. I wouldn’t be mad if you were able to come up with more flavors of this 😊 my obsession!
