Hey! Welcome to my blog – i’m Gina, a 21-year-old nutrition obsessed foodie and vegan recipe creator. I started my Instagram in January 2017 as a way to express my passion for delicious plant based recipes, food styling and photography. I create simple but delicious vegan recipes with minimal ingredients.
I think it’s also important to highlight my views on body image and mental health. I, like many other young women (and men) have suffered from negative body image and disordered eating. I want to bring to attention the importance of self love and acceptance in a world telling us to constantly change our physical appearance. Gina Burgess Nutrition is about living free from guilt, restrictions and most of all, from society’s expectations. I want to help you to practice a healthy and balanced relationship with food and help you fall in love with your body again.
I’m currently studying Nutrition in Manchester order to become a qualified Nutritional Therapist and eventually practice with clients in 2019. I can’t wait to be able to help and to educate people on the healing power of food!
