These Brownie Batter Blended Oats are the perfect healthy sweet treat, enjoy these as a meal prep-able breakfast, snack or after-dinner dessert. They're no bake, plant based and so quick to make.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth - the consistency will be thick but pourable at this point (it will thicken as it sets)
Stir in the chocolate chips (if using) and add to a container (or 2 jars if you want them to grab and go). Enjoy straight away for a more runny texture, or place in the fridge and let them set for 1 hour, or overnight. Enjoy!
