Brownie Batter Blended Oats

These Brownie Batter Blended Oats are the perfect healthy sweet treat, enjoy these as a meal prep-able breakfast, snack or after-dinner dessert. They're no bake, plant based and so quick to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt I use vegan
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice such as oat or soya milk
  • 2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips or chunks - optional
  • Pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth - the consistency will be thick but pourable at this point (it will thicken as it sets)
  • Stir in the chocolate chips (if using) and add to a container (or 2 jars if you want them to grab and go). Enjoy straight away for a more runny texture, or place in the fridge and let them set for 1 hour, or overnight. Enjoy!
