If you’re a fan of Banoffee Pie, then you are going to love these Biscoff Banana Overnight Oats. They’re incredibly creamy and indulgent but secretly wholesome. This breakfast will keep you going throughout the morning and it’s also one the whole family will love (my 3 year old is obsessed!)

I love using the Linwoods Energy Overnight Oats in place of oats, they’re a blend of oats, chia seeds and B vitamins so they really help boost the nutrition of my breakfast with minimal effort. All you need to do is add milk and customise with toppings or flavourings however you fancy!




Biscoff Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 1 cup oats I like using the Linwoods Energy Overnight Oats
- 3/4 ripe banana mashed
- 1 cup milk of choice such as oat milk or soya milk
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt or Greek yoghurt I use vegan
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Topping
- 2 tbsp Biscoff spread
- Crumbled Biscoff biscuit optional
- Banana sliced
Instructions
- Start by stirring together the overnight oat ingredients in your dish or container until well combined. Place in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
- Add the Biscoff spread to a small heat proof bowl or ramekin and place in the microwave to melt for 20 seconds.
- Add sliced banana to the top of your oats and pour over the melted Biscoff spread. Crumble over a little Biscoff Biscuit (optional) and enjoy!
