Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Vegan Chocolate Mousse

This Vegan Chocolate Mousse is only made with a handful of simple ingredients and is incredibly delicious and decadent. The secret ingredient is silken tofu (trust me on this one!) – it results in the smoothest and silkiest chocolate pudding that everybody will love.

No bake desserts are my favourite type of recipes, especially in Summer. This recipe requires minimal effort – just throw the ingredients in a blender and you’re done! You can also tweak the recipe to your taste by adding a shot of espresso if you love the chocolate-coffee (mocha) combination. You can top with whatever your heart desires – whipped cream, berries, shaved chocolate, flaky salt, extra virgin olive oil, the list goes on!

This Chocolate Mousse is perfect for hosting, you can guarantee that everyone will love it, AND it caters for both gluten free, dairy free, egg free and vegan diets. It’s also packed with goodness thanks to the silken tofu, which is a great source of plant protein, but also contains nutrients such as calcium, iron, manganese and vitamin A.

Just made this after coming across the video. It’s really delicious. I think the vanilla and shot of coffee give it a really excellent, rounded flavour.

This is so good! You cannot taste the tofu at all. The quality of the chocolate is definitely key. Really glad I came across your Instagram!

Delicious! I’ve made a similar recipe but it did not have the shot of espresso. The espresso takes it to the next level. Thank you for the recipe. ❤️

  4. I Made this a few times for my family and we all absolutely love it! So happy I came across this incredible recipe! Just wondering if you use a specific firmness of silken tofu because I see online that there is silken tofu and firm silken tofu…different types… Which specific one do you use?
