Anyway, he loved this chickpea and mushroom curry I put together the other day and I think that alone proves how nice this is (but if you’re in doubt, give it ago. Introducing my Sweet & Sour Tofu. As you’ve probably guessed by now, we LOVE tofu in our house. It’s a firm staple (and for good reason!). This is a dish I’ve been eating for years, but finally got round to perfecting for a blog recipe. The tofu is beautifully crispy, the sauce is perfectly sweet & sour.
So here it is! Without further ado, my sweet & sour tofu recipe.
In my house, we get through a LOT of tofu. We absolutely love it. Because it’s so versatile! You can do so much with it. I’ve been testing this Crispy Chilli Tofu recipe out for a little while now and think I’ve finally cracked it. So here it is! Enjoy!
This is probably the EASIEST recipe you’ll ever follow. But it’s incredibly tasty. Literally just throw all of the ingredients in a blender, mould into a chickpea burger shape of your choice, then fry! Simple as that. Give it a go and let me know what you think.
