I can’t tell you how delicious this Overnight Chia Oat Pudding was!
You all probably know by now that I’m a huge fan of overnight oats. For example, my Hot Chocolate Overnight Oats have been a big hit!
However, this Quick & Easy Overnight Chia Oat Pudding is a little different. It’s more of a mixture between a chia pudding and overnight oats = heaven! The combination of the tart raspberries, sweet oat milk and subtle vanilla flavour makes this breakfast seriously worth getting up for.
Trail mix is one of the most delicious snacks, so a cookie version has to be best snack ever, right?! These Vegan Trail Mix Cookies are SO easy to make and the ultimate sweet snack.
I’m TOO excited to share these Vegan Protein Blondies with you. They’re perfectly moist, fluffy, and of course, totally plant based! They include the addition of a delicious new Vegan Protein Powder I’ve recently had the pleasure of trying. Scroll down for more!
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cups are the tastiest treat!
I wanted to create a delicious chocolatey treat which requires no baking, because nobody feels like baking in summer, right?
I’ve been meaning to recreate my version of the classic brownie for so long now, and I’ve finally done it!
This is a super simple recipe with just a few easy to access ingredients; NO sweet potato, NO black beans, NO bananas and NO tofu… because sometimes you just need a classic vegan brownie.
These Chocolate Freezer Bars are my favourite sweet treat at the moment! They’re so delicious, and made with totally plant based and gluten free ingredients. Not only are they super quick to make, they require no baking at all – my favourite kind of recipe!
I cannot explain my EXCITEMENT to share this vegan butter recipe!
Pre-vegan, I was a butter lover. I loved it on toast, sandwiches, crumpets, baked potatoes, scones, potato cakes.. you name it. So it’s been an aim of mine to re-create a vegan butter for a while now, and I’ve finally nailed it!
Personally, I don’t like using the supermarket hydrogenated spreads and margarines too often. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with them (in fact they’re brilliant in baking) but I actually don’t think they taste very buttery when spread on toast, etc! Therefore, I wanted to create a slightly healthier buttery alternative – and here it is!
How about spreading some of this vegan butter on a warm slice of my Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread? Mmm.
I have to admit, these Double Chocolate Freezer Cookies are incredible! They’re so simple to make but so so tasty. I adore the chewy chocolatey-ness when eaten straight from the fridge/freezer. These freezer cookies are totally vegan and gluten free, and so quick to make!
These Chocolate Freezer Cookies are made with the simplest ingredients; nut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, oats.. the typical plant based staples! They’re a super satisfying snack and will keep you full until your next meal. I highly recommend adding in cacao nibs, the bitter crunch of them go amazingly with the chewiness of the cookie.
I seriously love freezer recipes, they’re so much more fun to make and far less complicated than recipes that require baking.. you can’t really go wrong with them! What’s not to love?! Fancy trying some more of my No Bake recipes? How about my Chocolate Chip Tahini Fudge or my Chocolate Popcorn Bars.
If you make these Double Chocolate Freezer Cookies, please make sure to either comment below or tag me in your recreations on Instagram/hashtag #ginabnutrition because I seriously LOVE to see them! It makes my day.
Hi guys! This is an old-ish recipe, but I’ve updated it and tweaked a couple of things. I’m loving this Chocolate Caramel Tart as a Summery centerpiece. It makes a gorgeous dinner part dessert and is suitable for not only vegan, but gluten and soya free folks as well!
