Ingredients
  

Strawberry Blended Oats

  • 1 cup oats I like using the Linwoods Energy Strawberry Overnight Oats
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese I use vegan
  • 1.5 tbsp greek yoghurt I use vegan
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 pinch salt

White Chocolate Shell

  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips I use vegan

Instructions
 

  • Add all the blended oats ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your 2 containers/ramekins/bowls.
  • Melt the white chocolate (in the microwave or in a double boiler) and pour over the top to create a thin layer. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
