Cheesecake lover? Then you are going to adore these Strawberry Cheesecake Blended Oats. Blended oats have the most incredible creamy texture, and we're topping these with the most satisfying, crackable white chocolate shell.

Strawberry Blended Oats
- 1 cup oats I like using the Linwoods Energy Strawberry Overnight Oats
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cream cheese I use vegan
- 1.5 tbsp greek yoghurt I use vegan
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup optional
- 1 pinch salt
White Chocolate Shell
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips I use vegan
Add all the blended oats ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into your 2 containers/ramekins/bowls.
Melt the white chocolate (in the microwave or in a double boiler) and pour over the top to create a thin layer. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
