Bounty Overnight Oats
If you love the chocolate-coconut combination of the classic Bounty bar, you are going to adore these Bounty Overnight Oats. They're creamy, chocolate-y, and packed with coconut goodness, and made with wholesome plant based ingredients that your body will thank you for. Like dessert for breakfast, only healthier!
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats I love using the Linwoods Energy Overnight Oats for extra nutrition!
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt you can also use natural or Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp dessicated coconut
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 60g 85% dark chocolate
Instructions
- Start by combining all of the ingredients apart from the chocolate in a bowl or in your 2 bowls/ramekins (split the ingredients) and mix well. Let it set for an hour or overnight.
- Melt the dark chocolate (in the microwave or a double boiler) and pour over the oats. Sprinkle over a little dessicated coconut and enjoy straight away or you can let the chocolate set into a delicious chocolate shell! Enjoy!
