I’ve always been a huge fan of Lizi’s Granola, so when they told me about their new product – ‘Digestive Health Granola‘ – I immediately had to know more!
I’m TOO excited to share these Vegan Protein Blondies with you. They’re perfectly moist, fluffy, and of course, totally plant based! They include the addition of a delicious new Vegan Protein Powder I’ve recently had the pleasure of trying. Scroll down for more! Oh I do love blondies!
Hey guys! It’s been a while since I did a product review but let me tell you, this is a good one, so stay tuned. As I’m sure everybody’s heard, Tesco has launched a brand new meal range that’s TOTALLY plant based and vegan. I know, it’s exciting.
So, I have to admit, I’ve always felt slightly sceptical about the magical ‘fix it all’ claims of the superfood revolution. Although, this probably has more to do with the usually off-putting taste, which manages to override my self preservation instinct on a murky Monday morning when a slice of toast and a brew seems far more comforting.. But it was with an open mind that I accepted the kind offer of the delightful Charlotte and her boyfriend Sean who have just launched Super U, whose products are all organic, vegan and gluten free.
So I’ve teamed up with the amazing brand USN to bring to you a recipe for a delicious, healthy, protein-packed alternative to brownies. They’re basically a brownie, but I guess you could also call them a vegan gluten free protein bar too.
USN sent me their vegan chocolate protein and honestly it has to be one of the best I have tried!
The gluten free protein bars are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, is gluten free, and comes in both chocolate and vanilla flavour.
These gluten free protein bars (brownies) only use natural sweeteners, USN’s delicious vegan protein powder, and of course, absolutely no flour; making them fudgier and more gooey than ever.. you’re seriously going to LOVE these.
