I’m bringing in the new year with these AMAZINGLY delicious vegan & gluten free cookie dough cups. They’re seriously yummy + SO easy to make! The perfect after dinner dessert. Make sure to tag me on Instagram @ginabnutrition or hashtag #ginabnutrition so I can see your recreations!
This is a very rare savoury recipe from me! If you’re looking for a dairy-free, vegan alternative to satisfy that cheesy craving – you’ve gotta try this! I often make cashew cheese as a dip or sauce to have with meals, but this recipe is sliceable and absolutely perfect for a cheeseboard. The trick is agar-agar powder – I got mine pretty cheap off Amazon! It can be made in under half an hour (aside from setting time) and is so so easy to make. Go go go!
You’re going to love this recipe! It’s so creamy and delicious, and the addition of the tart raspberries compliment the chocolate perfectly. It’s full of healthy fats and makes the ideal after dinner treat. 😍
There’s nothing quite like the taste of homemade creamy roasted almond butter.. and at a fraction of the cost of store bought jars – this is an absolute must. I love having a delicious alternative to peanut butter, along with the incredible health benefits: healthy fats, protein, antioxidants, vitamin E, magnesium.. they’re also the perfect skin food! I recommend smothering on toast and topping with chewy medjool dates (pictured further down). yum.
These are SO popular and taste unreal! It’s the combination of the dark chocolate with the creamy peanut butter that makes them so moorish. Literally 4 ingredients and 10 minutes out of your day – and you’re left with the most delicious vegan treat.
I absolutely love having buckwheat as a change from oats for breakfast. Completely gluten free and high in protein, fibre, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus; buckwheat really is the perfect way to start your day! And easier than you thought to prepare. The soaking overnight is important not only to aid digestion, but it also drastically cuts down on the amount of cooking time in the morning as it softens the buckwheat groats!
If you’ve been wondering what to do with your leftover nut pulp then you must make these crackers! They’re perfect for snacky lunches and taste amazing dipped in hummus!
If someone told me I’d be making my own nut milks a year ago I would have laughed in their face.. but here I am! It’s actually one of my favourite things to do – it’s so satisfying and so much easier than you think! Give it a go – and don’t throw away your nut pulp.. make my turmeric nut pulp crackers.
