I’ve been meaning to recreate my version of the classic brownie for so long now, and I’ve finally done it!
This is a super simple recipe with just a few easy to access ingredients; NO sweet potato, NO black beans, NO bananas and NO tofu… because sometimes you just need a classic vegan brownie.
These Chocolate Freezer Bars are my favourite sweet treat at the moment! They’re so delicious, and made with totally plant based and gluten free ingredients. Not only are they super quick to make, they require no baking at all – my favourite kind of recipe!
So I’m aware I haven’t posted a new recipe in a while.. if I’m being honest, I’ve had a bit of a lack of motivation for blogging. But, I’m back and I’m SO excited to share these AMAZING raspberry blondies with you all – seriously, they’re so delicious. I can’t stop eating them! They’re moist, fluffy, tart, and perfectly sweet. Totally vegan, gluten free and soy free – you have to try them. Tag me in your pictures or hashtag #ginabnutrition because I LOVE to see your creations!
These brownies are to die for! So gooey, decadent and delicious. The key to that gooey texture? PUMPKIN. Yep! Pumpkin puree is the base to these brownies – and the result is just glorious! They’re totally vegan and gluten free – and so tasty heated up with a generous serving of vegan ice-cream/yoghurt. The perfect wintery dessert! These muffins are to DIE for. If you love banana bread, these are perfect for you! You wouldn’t believe they’re made with such nutritious ingredients, like oats, almonds and cacao powder. They’re indulgent, chocolatey and perfectly moist. They only use vegan and gluten free ingredients, and make the best dessert warmed with a dollop of creamy coconut yogurt!
You’re going to love this recipe! It’s so creamy and delicious, and the addition of the tart raspberries compliment the chocolate perfectly. It’s full of healthy fats and makes the ideal after dinner treat. 😍
These scones are so delicious. Plant based, gluten free, but still so tasty! I love how they aren’t too sweet, kind of like a cross between a cupcake and a biscuit. Perfect for a healthy afternoon tea! Top with a generous amount of coconut whip and raspberry chia jam. Yummmmy.
