I’ve had so many requests for this recipe! These No Bake Peanut Butter Oaty Bars are definitely my new favourite snack. They’re seriously quick and easy to whip up, and pretty fun to make too! I’m so obsessed with the combination of the pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs with the sweet chocolate chips.
I’m not lying to you when I tell you these Double Chocolate Freezer Cookies are INCREDIBLE! They’re so simple to make but so so tasty. I adore the chewy chocolatey-ness when eaten straight from the fridge/freezer. These freezer cookies are totally vegan and gluten free, and so quick to make!
These Chocolate Freezer Cookies are made with the simplest ingredients; nut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, oats.. the typical plant based staples! They’re a super satisfying snack and will keep you full until your next meal. I highly recommend adding in cacao nibs, the bitter crunch of them go amazingly with the chewiness of the cookie.
I seriously love freezer recipes, they’re so much more fun to make and far less complicated than recipes that require baking.. you can’t really go wrong with them! What’s not to love?! So now it’s Autumn there are HUNDREDS of pumpkin recipes popping up all over social media – and I’m jumping on the bandwagon! This pumpkin loaf is DELICIOUSLY sweet, moist and autumnal. It’s totally vegan and gluten free – and tastes insane! I simply used a tin of pureed pumpkin – it’s not too hard to find in the UK! Definitely give this loaf a try – it will get you in the festive mood!
These scones are so delicious. Plant based, gluten free, but still so tasty! I love how they aren’t too sweet, kind of like a cross between a cupcake and a biscuit. Perfect for a healthy afternoon tea! Top with a generous amount of coconut whip and raspberry chia jam. Yummmmy.
