This Vegan Gingerbread Cake is the ultimate vegan Christmas sweet treat! It’s moist, fluffy, sticky, festive, and absolutely delicious.
I haven’t blogged in a while, I’ve been focusing more on college work and have been mainly posting to Instagram.. but Christmas is coming and I can’t WAIT to post some new christmas recipes for you all! Starting with this scrumptious soup recipe!
You are going to LOVE this recipe! I used to adore Dauphinoise potatoes, so this veganised version has made me verrrry happy. It’s the perfect twist to add to your christmas dinner table – SO creamy and delicious. You won’t believe how ridiculously simple it is to make – 6 simple ingredients, 15 minutes to throw all the ingredients together, then you just wait while it cooks!
So I have to admit, I’m kinda obsessed with this recipe. I can’t stop making it! I used to love french toast when I was younger (or as my Dad used to call it: ‘eggy bread’..) but never did I think this classic could be veganised. But here we are, and it’s absolutely delicious! Seriously – you won’t believe it’s not made with egg. The magic ingredient is ground flaxseed, which I often use to make ‘flax eggs’ in my recipes. It thickens beautifully to create a thick, egg-like substitute.
