No Bake Vegan Brownie Balls (Gluten and Dairy Free)

So I decided to create a NEW version of my very popular No Bake Brownie Bites! You guys seem to love these quick, easy, no bake recipes so I thought I'd include an even gooier, more delicious version. These vegan and gluten freeĀ No Bake Brownie Balls are my new favourite sweet snack!
Cook Time 30 minutes
Course Dessert, Snack
Servings 10 Brownie Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup Runny Peanut Butter
  • 5 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl until well combined
  • Add in the cocoa powder and coconut flour and mix again
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips
  • If at this point the mixture is too sticky to touch, cover and place in the fridge for a few minutes to harden up
  • Scoop out tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls with your hands
  • Leave in the fridge for about half an hour to set

Notes

Store in an airtight container for unto 2 weeks.
TOP TIP: I like to pop mine in to the microwave for 15-20 seconds before I'm going to eat them so that they turn into a fudgy, melty, chocolatey dessert!
