Blended Strawberry Oats (With a Chocolate Shell!)

Ingredients
For the Blended Strawberry Oats
1 cup
(90 grams)
rolled oats
1/4 cup
(60 ml)
milk of choice
1/2 cup
(80 grams)
fresh strawberries
1/2 cup
(110g)
thick natural yoghurt
or greek yoghurt
2
tsp
vanilla extract
1-2
tsp
maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
optional
1
pinch
salt
Chocolate Shell
1/3 cup
(60g)
dark chocolate
use vegan if necessary
1-2
tbsp
coconut oil
optional (helps to thin the chocolate)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients for the blended oats to a blender and blend until a smooth (ish) batter-like consistency forms
Add to your bowls/jars/ramekins and smooth out the top
Melt your chocolate (in the microwave or in a double boiler) along with the coconut oil (if using)
Pour over the blended oats and smooth out so it covers the top. Place in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours (or overnight). Enjoy!
