Giant Vegan Chocolate Cornflake Cake

This Vegan Chocolate Cornflake Cake is a twist on the British Easter classic. Enjoy it with any topping your like, from Vegan Mini-Eggs, to Candy Kitten Sweets!

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Dark Chocolate / Vegan Chocolate
  • 75 grams Golden Syrup
  • 75 grams Vegan Butter
  • 180 grams Cornflake Cereal
  • 1 handful Vegan Mini Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Melt the Chocolate, Butter and Golden Syrup in a Bain Marie (heat proof bowl over a simmering pan of water)
  • Stir in the Cornflakes until they're all coated (this can take a while!)
  • Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8'' square tin and press down with the back of a spatula
  • Sprinkle over some Vegan Mini Eggs (or whichever treat you like!)
  • Place in the fridge to set for 1 hour
  • Remove and cut into squares
