Chickpeas have to be the MOST versatile ingredient there is.. they suit both sweet and savoury recipes perfectly. The texture is amazing for cookie dough – so I just had to share this recipe with you! It literally takes under 5 minutes to make and is totally vegan, gluten free and grain free. Chickpeas are high in protein, fibre, manganese and folate  – making this cookie dough actually pretty healthy! It’s great for a snack, dessert, or even for breakfast. CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD {vegan, gluten free}

So now it’s Autumn there are HUNDREDS of pumpkin recipes popping up all over social media – and I’m jumping on the bandwagon! This pumpkin loaf is DELICIOUSLY sweet, moist and autumnal. BLENDED BUCKWHEAT PORRIDGE

I absolutely love having buckwheat as a change from oats for breakfast. Completely gluten free and high in protein, fibre, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus; buckwheat really is the perfect way to start your day! And easier than you thought to prepare. The soaking overnight is important not only to aid digestion, but it also drastically cuts down on the amount of cooking time in the morning as it softens the buckwheat groats!
